1. Application
These Terms govern your use of the fashion platform Miratints (the "Service") operated by Colosom Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to use the Service.
- You agree to keep your registration information accurate and current.
- You are responsible for your account; you may not transfer or lend it.
- The Service is not available to users under the age of 13.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or public order
- Infringe the rights of others (copyright, publicity, privacy, etc.)
- Post obscene, discriminatory, violent, or harassing content
- Post false information or impersonate another person
- Interfere with the Service (excessive requests, intrusion attempts, etc.)
- Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or off-platform solicitation
- Reproduce, redistribute, or sell information obtained from the Service without permission
- Perform automated data collection (scraping) without prior consent
- Reverse engineer the Service
4. User Content Rights
- You retain ownership of the content you post.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, transmit, translate, and edit your content for the purposes of operating, improving, analyzing, and promoting the Service.
- Aggregated metadata derived from your photos (color, category, pattern, etc.) may be used in our B2B service (Miratints Insights) in anonymized form.
- We may remove content that violates third-party rights at our discretion.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
- The Service offers free and paid plans (e.g., Pro).
- Paid plans are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; their respective terms and cancellation policies apply.
- B2B billing for Miratints Insights is governed by a separate agreement.
- Paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Suspension and Deletion
We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
You may also delete your account from the in-app settings. Once deleted, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to users. We are not liable for damages arising from such changes.
8. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Disputes between users or with third parties are to be resolved between the parties involved.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our headquarters shall be the court of first instance and exclusive agreed jurisdiction for any dispute arising from the Service.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. We will notify users of material changes in advance.
